The lessons should not be translated without permission of the Trustees of BES who desire that spiritual and literacy standards are maintained. It is insisted that translation work is undertaken by mother tongue translators who have experience and training in communicating with children and who will use words and phrases understood by children at each age level.
CD's or access to an iDisc of the English lessons can be provided to responsible persons in those countries who are fully in agreement with the BES statement of doctrine as described under "Core values of BES" and "BES believe in:".
Ideally, a local Editorial Committee is set up, so that translator’s work can be gone through carefully and checked for accuracy and clarity. We would expect at least two people to be fully involved in translation work, in order to maintain the highest standards of translation and Biblical expertise. The written consent of the Trustees of BES is required.
A BES Agreement is now available which in the future will have to be signed by all those planning to publish or translate BES lessons in another country.

We would anticipate that before publication a distribution system would be organised. We would also anticipate that a marking system would be devised and wherever possible some sort of reward system.

All of these lessons will be published on the International BES website. Those who publish the lessons in any language should make them available to accredited Christian workers who will report on their distribution and the completion of lessons.
Each country should provide at least one address, from which the lessons can be obtained and marked, which can be added to the UK website. Email addresses are also helpful but a website would be better to avoid the receipt of spam. We would anticipate that an annual report would be sent to BES with full details of printing, publishing and usage of lessons.
BES would reserve the right for these lessons to be examined by language experts in the UK.
The Trustees will also encourage work in each country to be established in accordance with the laws of the country and in fellowship with local believers and with the BES Trust.
We would anticipate that each country would keep BES informed of the financial situation with regard to translation, publishing and distribution and where possible BES might be able to help somewhat with occasional grants, when funds are available. Accounts would have to be made available to the BES Trust whenever funds are donated.
BES will provide regular contact in an advisory and support role.
The local Editorial Committee should contact BES, once the project has been agreed and then an agreement can be signed.
This website endeavors to make the lessons available on the internet, for this reason it is necessary to have a similar format so each country should make PDF files available to BES.
