The first Postal bible School was established in Ireland in 1958 by Bert and Wendy Gray, and with a single student. Today there are 15 PBS centres around the UK and Ireland, all run autonomously, and supplying lessons to approximately 8,000 students every month.

In the early 1980's an editorial team was set up to produce the resources used by the PBS's. This team has since developed into what is now BES.

We release regular prayer requests and news updates on the development of the work both in the UK and around the world through our facebook group. Click 'like' to join!
